Things that have happened since my last update (a year ago today):

-went on a band trip (and multiple more times later) to Busch Gardens.
-had my senior recital.
-graduated high school.
-went to Rocky Horror a bunch of times.
-My life went to hell.
-My father broke his Achilles tendon on his motor cycle.
-moved in with my father and became his babysitter.
-took lessons with Mrs. McQuinn.
-Leah had a baby boy, Hunter.
-went to the national flute convention in Albuquerque.
-started school at Stetson.
-became joined at hip to Kelley Bowler.
-got a roommate that I don't mesh with very well.
-ate at late-night, a lot.
-had a few nervous breakdowns.
-joined GHM.
-met new people.
-participate at Poetry at an Uncouth Hour.
-turned 19.
-played in some concerts.
-learned being a music major is way more difficult than it seems.
-joined SAI.
-went to Colorado.
-My grandmother got diagnosed with Parkinson's.
-made the honor roll.
-had a bad reseating audition.
-read a few books.
-My mother lost a lot of weight and decided to be a bitch most of the time.
-had a few more nervous breakdowns.
-My grandfather got sick.
-Learned sodomy means both anal and oral sex.
-wrote this entry.

I feel accomplished... now if i can just get a huge scholarship to stetson...

happy b-day too meeee!!!! happy bday w/ mee!!!!! wow i'm 18 so i'm not an ADULT.... odd.... don't feel like one...

So... Life is looking pretty good right now.
I got INVITED to play with the Silver Winds Flute Orchestra in Colorado again this year!!!
I'm so excited. I also found out that there is at least 1 flute opening for the FSYO trip to ENGLAND!!!!! I'm practicing my ass of for it, this is going to be the most important audition of my life thus far and it's a week away!
I think my Allstate audition was alright. I have no idea if I'll make it or not.
As long as I make the England trip my senior year will be the best year of my life and I will be completely happy.

I reauditioned for FSYO. I am now Principal 2nd (which means third chair). I really wish I had the audition I played yesterday when I auditioned in the spring. If I had I might have been like in the Symphonic, or maybe first in the Phil.

School is boring.

Being a TA is actually a lot more work then I thought it would be.
I can't wait until this year is over.

My new schedule:

Study hall (hopefully I can TA for mr. k or mr. thomas)
AP Economics
Band
AP English

i dont have ap music theory but i might be able to take it just w/o being in the class. I do have french 2 and ap gov so i think i'll be good this year.

Well band is going ok. Our show is awesome, Danny Elfman for those of you who are not in my band. Edward Scissorhands / Tales from the Cript, Beetlejuice, Black Beauty, and Batman. Black Beauty is my personal favorite because it has a Piccolo solo and a woodwind ensemble w/ a Picc solo line. I'm happy. Tomarrow is a long rehersal, which will suck. The drill isn't that horrible difficult. I hate our new marching style (straight leg). It feels weird being called first to leave. The word Senior does not compute in my brain. There is a lot less drama in my section this year THANK GOD.

well my SAT score sucked, in fact they got worse than before, except the reading.
But I am extremely excited with my 3 in AP English, meaning I PASSED!!!! 1 down 3 to go until I get the sdd diploma

I'm redoing my practice room its dark red and blue with a white chair rail. Maybe next year i'll teach some lessons get some money.
I can't decide how to do my hair for my senior pictures. I'm deciding between straight and loose curls, I think i might get highlights and low lights but i'm not sure.

I guess I'm decent after all. I made the Philharmonic orchestra of the FSYO. I'm suprised bc I didn't have that great of an audition, In fact it ended in tears. Unfortunately tomarrow I have to take the SAT tomarrow. After that I have my Cousin Sarah's graduation. I haven't done anything really all summer. I'm mainly spending my summer babysitting. I need something to do.

Hopefully I'll make FSYO's orchestra next year... my audition was... ok i guess... they told me to slow down the prepared piece cause it was so fast but it didnt sound that bad...
